Liberty has been involved in designing, developing, and distributing spiral tube formers  since 2005. Our knowledge of what customers want in spiral machinery has led us to have the most competitve industrial machine available with long usage to help you in your business.


There are two basic ways of making spiral tubes. One is to use solid molds that are easy to change and gives exact diameters with ease of change. This would be our TF2500 series. The other style is to use thin spring steel bands which are much less expensive, but have a longer learning curve. This machine is our TF1500 series. The good thing about this model is you can get many sizes up to 60 inch diameter without the expensive molds. So we have two models I think 

The cool thing we did was actually have an ability to combine the technology of both

This machine comes with the following starter kit of hard molds at no extra cost: 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 16”, 20”, 24” (larger diameters available)  auto slitter cutoff and optional saw cutoff (if you need under 6” diameter or very thick material.)

Gorelocker SGWT-1250 designed to produce round duct elbow, fabricated fittings and fittings production. This machine is a cost-effective solution for the production of welded elbows, reducers, end caps and off-sets for HVAC, downspout and exhausting systems. Low power consumption, easy operating and adjustment provides you the power to fabricate hundred of fittings instore per day.

It's a two sided machine with two separate working sites. One side is a Flanger/Swager to flange one side of a cylindrical gore. On the same side by switching mode crank - upper table goes dawn and operator is swaging the connecting side of the next gore. On the second side (opposite end) of the machine (lockseamer side), at the same time another operator finalizes the operation by closing the seam into a standing rib.

This way two operations are conducted simultaneously, increasing final productivity. Standing rib diameters from 5 to 50 inches (125 - 1250mm) of 28 to 16.5 gauge steel (0,5-1,5). Final seals eliminates the need for painting, coating or sealant. Gorelocker SGW 1200x1.5 uses minimal power - only 2.2kWt for each side (max 4.4kWt while two operators working simultaneously). Required floor space is only 8.5 x 3 feet. This model doesn’t have hydraulic station and functions without shavings, heat, noise, water or spark production. Standard warranty one year.

Electrical equipment (two current invertors) to adjust speed 0 – 200% of standard. More convenient for operation with smaller (reduced speed) and bigger (increased speed) elbow diameters.
